Asset tokenization

RWA tokenization development: the technical build of tokenized asset platforms

We build the software side of tokenized assets: token contracts with transfer rules, investor records, admin tools and a dashboard. Legal structure and licences stay with you and your counsel.

  • Token contracts with transfer rules
  • Investor records and admin tools
  • Software only, no legal advice

What we build for tokenized assets

Tokenizing a real-world asset means representing a claim on that asset as a token and managing who may hold and move it. We build the software layer:

  • Token contracts on EVM chains or another network you choose.
  • Allowlists and transfer restrictions that match your documented rules.
  • Issuance, redemption and distribution workflows, such as payouts to holders.
  • Admin tools for your team and a dashboard for holders.

Transfer rules and investor records

Many tokenized assets cannot be freely traded. Holders may need to pass checks before they can receive tokens, and some transfers may need to be blocked. We implement those rules in the contract and connect it to the identity or KYC provider you choose, so eligibility is checked in one place.

We also build an off-chain record of holders and events that your team can export, because most real-world assets need records that live outside the chain as well as on it.

What we do and what you must handle

The software is only one part of a tokenization project. The legal wrapper, the rights the token represents, custody of the underlying asset, valuation, licences and investor eligibility are decisions for you and your lawyers. Rules differ by country and often treat tokens as securities.

We turn your documented rules into code and we flag technical points that could affect them. We do not give legal or financial advice, hold client funds or operate your platform.

Tokenization builds vary widely. A focused build with a token contract, transfer rules and a dashboard often falls near the wallet and dApp MVP range of $8,500 to $16,000 and 3 to 4 weeks. A platform with trading, staking or heavier integrations moves into the $14,000 to $28,000 range and 4 to 6 weeks, or beyond. Ranges are typical and a written quote follows a scoping call. See pricing and packages.

Limits you should know about

A token does not create ownership of an asset by itself. The legal documents do. Contract bugs can also lead to lost funds, and a security review reduces risk without removing it; see audit and security review. We cannot promise regulatory approval, investor demand or a liquid market for your token.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you want to build

A wallet, exchange, contract, bot or payment flow, and the chains involved.

  2. We scope and quote

You get an architecture outline, a timeline and a written price range.

  3. We build in milestones

Working builds are shared at each milestone, with a security review before launch.

Questions about crypto software agency in United States

Do you handle the legal side of tokenization?
No. We build software. The legal structure, the rights a token represents, licences, investor eligibility and disclosures need your own lawyers. We can share a technical specification of the contract rules so your counsel can check that the code matches the documents they have written.
Can the token enforce who is allowed to hold it?
Yes. We can build allowlists and transfer checks into the contract and connect them to the KYC or identity provider you choose. The rules come from your legal documents, and the contract enforces them consistently at every transfer. Rules that depend on facts outside the chain need an off-chain check as well.
Which blockchain is suitable for asset tokenization?
EVM chains are common because of their tooling and the number of token standards that support transfer restrictions. Other networks can work as well. We compare the options for your jurisdiction, your intended holders and your integrations before recommending one, and we give the reasons in writing.
Can you build secondary trading for the tokens?
We can build the technical side of a trading interface or an exchange. Whether such trading is allowed depends on your jurisdiction, the type of token and the licences you hold, which is for you and your counsel to confirm. See our page on exchange development for what that build involves.
Can you promise my tokenized asset will be compliant?
No. Compliance depends on the asset, the structure, the countries involved and your licences, and the responsibility is yours. We implement the documented rules accurately and tell you where the software limits what a rule can do, so your lawyers can plan around it.
